Social Responsibility

We Are a Socially Responsible Company

At Roth, we’re committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.  We strive to help those in need by supporting nonprofit organizations that help causes and people that are going through difficult times in their lives. Listed below are some of the organizations that we have either helped with financial support and/or volunteers.

Challenged Athletes Foundation

Established in 1997, Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF) grew out of a desire of three men to help a friend who was paralyzed in a bicycle accident. From this modest beginning arose a more important mission to assist people with physical challenges get the prosthetic devices they need to have the freedom to enjoy sports as everyone else. The Challenged Athletes Foundation believes that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life.

Roth was introduced to CAF by Duane Roth, the oldest Roth brother, who passed away in 2013 as a result of injuries suffered from a bicycle accident while riding in a CAF event. Since 2012, Roth has raised over $1.2 Million for CAF through events such as the Roth Ride with Bill Walton at our annual Orange County conference.

Byron Roth was the honoree at the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) 2015 Celebration of Heroes, Heart and Hope Gala.

Boys & Girls Club

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets.

An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.

Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence

Byron Roth, Executive Chairman, serves as the Chair of the Pacific Region Board of Trustees and a National Trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
