David Enzer

ContactDavid Enzer is a Managing Director, Investment Banking at ROTH. He helps manage the firm's efforts in technology financings and M&A in the Software, Semiconductor, and Infrastructure sectors. Over his career, he has completed over $2.5 billion in transactions. Before joining Roth Capital Partners in November 2003, he served as a Senior Managing Director and led the Technology Investment Banking effort at EVEREN Securities, the nation's 10th largest securities firm, until their acquisition by Wachovia Securities (formerly known as First Union). During his time at EVEREN, he was a member of their private equity advisory committee. Mr. Enzer graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the UC Berkeley Undergraduate Business School, with an emphasis in Accounting and Real Estate. He was a part of Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma. Subsequently, he graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Hastings College of Law, focusing on Corporate Taxation. |
