Bio

Alexander Nowak is a Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners. Before joining ROTH, Mr. Nowak was a Partner and Director of Healthcare Research at Craig-Hallum Capital Group. With over a decade of healthcare capital markets experience, Mr. Nowak has covered an extensive range of healthcare companies across the medical devices, diagnostics, and life science tools sectors. As a Partner, he was influential in the growth and direction of Craig-Hallum’s Healthcare practice. Mr. Nowak has experience throughout the company life cycle from private deals, IPOs, equity/debt follow-ons, and M&A transactions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nowak was an Equity Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray, where he covered medical devices, diagnostics and life science tools sectors.

Mr. Nowak received his B.A. in Finance at the University of St. Thomas and is a CFA Charterholder.
