Bio

Alexander Nowak is a Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners. Before joining Roth, Mr. Nowak was a Partner and Director of Healthcare Research at Craig-Hallum Capital Group. Mr. Nowak has over a decade of healthcare capital markets experience across the medical devices, diagnostics and life science tools sectors. Mr. Nowak has experience throughout the company life cycle from private deals, IPOs, equity/debt follow-ons and M&A transactions.

Mr. Nowak has been a Senior Research Analyst and advised an extensive range of healthcare companies. His focus with covered companies has been on business strategy and supporting company building. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Mr. Nowak was an AVP at Piper Jaffray covering medical devices, diagnostics and life science tool companies.

Mr. Nowak received his B.A. in Finance at the University of St. Thomas, and is a CFA Charterholder.. He is also a licensed pilot, holding FAA certifications for Single Engine Land & Sea aircraft.
