Contact| Marc Lewis is Managing Director, Head of Technology Investment Banking at Roth Capital Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology investing and banking. He began his career in the software industry before transitioning to Wall Street, where he worked at Prudential Securities and Cowen. Before joining Roth, Marc successfully re-launched and expanded the Wedbush Technology, Media, and Telecom (“TMT”) banking team, leading the group for nearly six years. Earlier in his career, he managed TMT portfolios at top hedge funds, including Citadel, Millennium, Pequot Capital, and S.A.C. Capital Advisors (predecessor to Point72), for 19 years. This extensive investing background enables Marc to provide his public and private company clients with uniquely differentiated insights and expertise. Marc has deep domain expertise across all areas of TMT, advising clients in sectors such as software and security, artificial intelligence, video games, enterprise technology, and e-commerce. His transactional experience spans IPOs, secondary stock sales, convertible bond offerings, M&A, SPAC transactions, private placements, and strategic capital market advisory.
