ArQule, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARQL) has closed a secondary public offering of 12,650,000 shares of its common stock, which includes the sale of 1,650,000 shares pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. The shares were sold at a public offering price of $5.50 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $69.6 million. ArQule, Inc. intends to use the proceeds of the offering to fund its core clinical programs and for general corporate purposes.
