Transaction Information

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:TNXP) closed an underwritten public offering of its common stock.  Including the full exercise of the over-allotment option, the Company sold an aggregate of 2,673,750 shares of its common stock. The shares were sold in the offering at a public offering price of $7.50 per share, bringing the aggregate gross proceeds from the offering to approximately $20.1 million.

 

ROTH Capital Partners acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
