Daré Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ:DARE), has closed an underwritten public offering of 5,261,250 shares of its common stock, which includes 686,250 additional shares pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The shares were sold at the public offering price of $1.10 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds for Daré Bioscience, Inc. of approximately $5.8 million.

Daré Bioscience, Inc. intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

ROTH Capital Partners acted as sole book-running manager for the transaction.
