Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPSI) announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,125,000 shares of its common stock, as well as the sale of 168,750 additional shares pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. The shares were sold at the price of $4.00 per share, resulting in the gross proceeds for Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. to be approximately $5.2 million. Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. intends to use the proceeds from this offering to repay a portion of its outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facilities with Bank of Montreal and for general working capital purposes.
ROTH Capital Partners acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
