ContactGordon Roth is the Chief Financial Officer of ROTH. Mr. Roth was CFO and COO of the firm from 2000 to 2023. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he was the Chairman and Founder of Roth and Company, PC, a thirty-five-person public accounting firm in Des Moines, Iowa, from 1990 to 2000. Before that, he spent thirteen years at Deloitte & Touche, where he was a Tax Partner and the Partner-in-Charge of the Des Moines office Tax Department. Mr. Roth has been involved in several non-profit organizations, including serving on the Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee at JSerra High School. He has also served on the boards of Boys & Girls Club, Special Olympics, Camp Fire, and St. Anne School. Additionally, he was a founding partner of the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League. Mr. Roth earned his B.A. from William Penn University, where he was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame and served on their Board of Trustees. He also earned his M.S. in Accounting from Drake University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
